Hola chicas! I finally found a 100% Vegan makeup brand that delivers utmost quality and I need to share the wealth. As much as I believe that makeup is not needed, we all know that having the option is truly a blessing. Whether it’s an important work day and you feel like the walking dead, you just love playing/experimenting with makeup, or you want your features to pop along with an outfit you’ve proudly put together, makeup can be an awesome tool to utilize. As common as it is to wear make-up daily, we tend to forget that these products are going directly onto our skin and that whatever they consist of may even make it into our bloodstream. Finding QUALITY products like eyeliners, lip colors, blush, and eye shadows that are NATURAL and gentle on your skin can be a daunting task. After going Vegan and adding that to the check list, I wondered if I’d ever be able to wear make-up again. In the midst of my discouragement I discovered a brand that met ALL my requirements! Red Apple Lipstick came to the rescue, delivering the facts I needed to stay true to my code of ethics, all while offering their products in color pallets that anyone could fall in love with.
Everyone loves a trip to LUSH. I could spend hours testing their masks, body scrubs, and lotions. Then there’s watching employees plop bath bombs into bowls of H2O, instantly turning them into swirling glittery dreamscapes that I’d give anything to be able to dive right into. But in all my visits and all my trials, I’ve narrowed down my favorite Lush products to a TOP TWO, and I have to share . . .
Meet, my beloved new Eba tote. She’s amazing. Aside from her undeniable functionality and perfectly simple style, the ethics behind her creation make her a perfect match for someone that is vegan and/or eco-concious. Complete with two large compartments, a big interior pocket, and a center zipper pocket for smaller, more valuable items, she’s the ultimate vegan handbag for any multifaceted gal (or guy) on-the-go!
Greetings earthlings! This post is all about one of my favorite things in life, GLITTER. I know, it sounds vapid and so dumb that you probably just questioned the purpose of my existence. Well, I was a pretty big tom-boy growing up but I still can’t recall a time that I denied my love for glitter. I think it goes a little deeper than the happy happy joy joy Ren and Stimpy dance I want to do every time I see it. I think it has more to do with my love for LIGHT and the way that glitter reflects light so well in every direction. It just never ceases to amaze me.
If you love glitter as much as I do . . .if that’s even possible. . .here is a tour of some of my most used glitter accessories. All of the items are made with multi colored glitter, or as I like to call it, PARTY GLITTER. I adore all shades, but this rainbow combination is hard to beat. Now Let’s Party . . .
